The Blister packaging area includes three (3) complete state-of-the-art Packaging Lines with fully automated Blister fillers, Carton packer, and a QA weighing station brand names such as CAM, HOONGA, JONES, SCHNELL-PACK.
The CAM nMX blister packer is capable of handling Alu/Alu cold forming, PVC/Alu, and PVDC/Alu hot forming.
It has a very large width of forming material of 286 mm maximum width with a mechanical speed of 16-50 cycles / minute producing up to 480 blisters per minute.
The CAM PMX high speed intermittent motion horizontal carton packer is capable of handling both glue and tuck carto ns with a speed of up to 210 cartons per minute.
The CAM ASB 38 automatic bundler with stretch-banding or shrink –wrapping is capable of bundling up to 6 cartons per bundle.
Another state-of-the-art Blister Packaging Line is the HOONGA blister packer. It is also capable of handling Alu/Alu cold forming, PVC/Alu, and PVDC/Alue thermal forming. It has a large width of forming material of 178 mm maximum width with a mechanical speed of 15-35 cycles / minute producing up to 180 blisters per minute.
The JONES high semi-automated horizontal cartoner capable of handling both glue and tuck carto ns with a speed of 60 cartons per minute.
The Blister Packaging Lines have a huge combined capacity, e.g. two hundred fifty (250) of 10-unit blister card per minute, i.e. 15,000 blisters per hour, 120,000 blisters per shift, 240,000 per two shifts.
